2. Requesting a Refund
To apply for a refund:

Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue

Wait for verification (24–48 hours)
Approval depends on the clarity and validity of the provided proof.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:

Refund will be processed back to your original payment method

It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:

Sale/discounted items

Customized or printed-on-demand items

Accessories (if applicable)

Items without original packaging/tags

Orders where customer refuses delivery with no valid reason
5. Wrong Address Refund
If an order fails due to:

Wrong/incomplete address

Customer refusal without cause
Refund may be denied or shipping charges deducted.
6. Cancellation Refund
If the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
If the order is already shipped:
