Return & Replacement Policy

At Urban Poster, we ensure every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

You can request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a major printing or manufacturing defect

Requests will NOT be accepted for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Change of mind or dislike after delivery

  • Minor color differences due to screens/lighting

  • Product used, washed, or damaged after delivery

2. Time Window

You must raise the request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Requests after this window will not be accepted.

3. Required Proof

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the product

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Brief description of the issue

4. Approval Process

After you submit your request:

  1. Our support team will verify the issue

  2. Verification usually takes 24–48 hours

  3. If approved, return pickup or replacement will be arranged

5. Pickup & Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • All tags must be intact

  • Original packaging must be returned

  • If the product fails quality check during pickup, the request may be rejected

6. Replacement Process

  • Replacement will be shipped if the same item is in stock

  • If not available, you may select a different product of the same value

  • Replacement shipping may take 5–8 working days after approval

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible:

  • Customized/Printed-on-demand products

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Accessories (if applicable)

  • Items without original packaging

8. Customer Responsibility

Return will be rejected if:

  • The product is damaged because of customer mishandling

  • Wrong address was provided

  • The customer refuses pickup multiple times
